Heil Custom Creations has been a local family owned business since 2008.

Two Americas – Two Talents

Warren, relocating from Sandpoint, Idaho and Vivi from Bogota, Colombia, met at Flagler 

College where they fell in love with each other and the beautiful community of Saint Augustine.

Warren worked in the carpentry trades to help put himself through school and loved the challenge 

of creating something new with each woodworking project. After graduating with a degree in Business, he decided to establish Heil Custom Creations, working on several historical projects downtown. Vivi grew up playing tennis in Bogota, Colombia, competing throughout South America, earning a tennis scholarship at Flagler College. After graduating with a degree in Graphic Design, Vivi has continued to work as a tennis pro for the last 16 years, while freelancing as a graphic designer.

Mountains to Ocean

Warren first developed his love of riding on a board while snowboarding on his local ski mountain, 

but soon grew to love the thrill of riding a board on rolling surf. When not in his shop he can be found drawing a crowd on St. Augustine Beach, watching him test his custom hydrofoil boards that appear to fly over the water on a knife blade. 

Board to Foam

Heil Custom Creations (HCC) has built its reputation of excellence, designing and building beautiful custom wood projects from cabinetry to furniture. But the recent purchase of a CNC Machine has allowed HCC to expand its manufacturing and design capabilities into the world of cutting other materials like High Density Foam for custom surfboards, ranging from paddle to foil boards. Blessed and grateful are how Warren and Vivi feel to have found this magical place to raise their daughter 

Sofia. They have combined their creative talents serving the local community for the past 14 years.
